Excellent service, efficient and friendly whilst dropping a vehicle off for service and collecting a courtesy car, everything done with a smile, I think the lady was called Amanda, she's a credit to the Stockton depot.

Excellent customer service, had a vehicle fault, brought it in was back on the road within 20 minutes and still told sorry for my wait! Chris was excellent, went through the handover of the vehicle superbly and even had a sense of humour while doing so. Cannot recommend enough!

The car was ok, but nothing special, needed dusting but generally clean. No paperwork of car condition.etc given with vehicle, collection delayed massively without notice and rude telephone staff at Stockton branch who did not understand the issue at all, going as far to suggest leaving a key in a flowerpot.
