This place is over priced for a stay if you book through the hotel , even tho I stayed three night it was dated and not maintained well ,tap fell off tiles floor had movement in them so to me it was three star . And spa was not even open !!!...the good points was the food was good so was the gardens and some of the staff where 5 star but one or two of them let them down . Been in better hotels for what I pay for here !!!

Boring tiny museum (a corridor basically)
Not worth going out of your way to visit. Maybe if you're staying in the hotel it'll kill 5 mins

Very educational, loved the pictures of past staff. How they emigrated to work in pitlochry to earn money for their families, they made the hotel and earned their keep in the hotel back then but now all i'd recommend is visiting the museum as the hotel now is absolutely disgraceful or how it was then to how it is now.

My wife and I, only glimpsed the museum in passing to the lovely pool, but it looks very interesting.The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Had afternoon tea in hotel. Very good, but pricey. Visited museum years ago, found it quite interesting.
