Quite hippocritical that customers are told to wear masks but not staff despite the fact that it is they who come in contact with hundreds of customers a day and are more likely to be the source of contamination due to no personal protective equipment

While staff wearing masks in your shop may not be "required" it is the responsible thing to do.

Khaled and his team are superb. He and his team has been helping me with my letters and parcels for 7-10 years (in this location and in the previous location on Circus Road).

They are patient, helpful and resourceful when it comes to dealing with customers.
