I've been dealing with this surgery for quite some time now, and no matter how tactful I am with my feedback, it falls on deaf ears. It seems that being rude is a prerequisite for the receptionist role, as they consistently demonstrate their lack of empathy. They've been stuck at this practice for so long that they've completely lost any sense of care or professionalism.

I called in to address an issue, only to have a receptionist dismissively claim that they couldn't pass along my feedback because their responsibilities are apparently limited to reception duties. How can you possibly expect to improve the abysmal service you provide if your receptionists refuse to acknowledge any criticism?

It's quite amusing how they're supposedly embracing technology, yet they conveniently ignore the fact that technology often fails and they have no plans to address these issues. They fail to recognize that not everyone has access to technology in the first place! It's utterly appalling and disgraceful.

And let's not even get started on the practice manager. Their lack of competence is equally matched by their inability to manage a team. The staff's poor attitude and unprofessionalism are a direct reflection of their woeful management skills.

Receptionist are extremely rude, so much attitude and just evidently kind to people that are not of cultured.
The GP manager is extremely insensitive, told me my condition that leaves me bed ridden everyday isn't a big deal as I don't have cancer?!
Been trying to speak to the GP manager for 2 months and she never got back to me!
Spoken to a receptionist to get her to chase up the manager and said I would like to see a doctor that cares. These petty and immature receptionist believe that they did the right thing by putting me on hold whilst they go for their lunch break, whilst I was still speaking to her. Yet she has the cheek to send a letter to my home saying she was helping. Help first, finish off the phone call, then go on your lunch break.
So shout out to, Michelle who performs as she's kind but was the first to pick up the phone and argue with me about how it's perfectly fine that her colleague left me on hold to go on her lunch break? So clearly, just not over all performing in anyway that is right for her role and the new middle aged receptionist for leaving me on hold to go on her lunch break.
I wouldn't recommend ever seeing these two for help as the laziness is absurd.
The new receptionist who sounds quite young is very patient and likes to go out of her way to help. Unfortunately she's got these two as mentors.
I'm surprised they all still have their jobs with lack of empathy.

Like all the other review are saying the practice is the worst that you can get. It's impossible to get an appointment even going through all the loopholes and false online services they have introduced in the last two years.

It doesn't matter how many hours you spend on the phone or how may online triage form you complete you will simply not see a doctor.

Same as everyone. Extremely difficult to get through to anyone, the online service is always unavailable, the reception is rude and unhelpful. Not to mention you rarely get your problem solved even if you manage to see a GP. The only GP who has been helpful to me was Dr. Gorney, I don’t trust any other GP in that practice

I have cancer and ADHD and dyslexia cant get hold of anyone hospital says I should see my GP that would be a fine thing I'll just sit here and get worst I think.there new system does not work and it's failing to see people like me, I have told the staff time and time again of my problem!! Day 2 still can get hold of anyone online or the phone there. Having technical problem I will just still here getting worse,had to laugh when chemo unit ask me to see my GP.

I’ve only been registered here for a few months but my experience has been nothing but pleasant, friendly and helpful. The reception staff went out of their way to help me when I’d lost some forms. The doctor and nurse I’ve seen have been lovely too. Thank you to the team at CHL!
