convenient, cheaper than competitors, good seating quality and availability. Decent food options too, also allowed to take your own food inside the main entertainment hall (as long as it’s cold option).

On recent visit, staff forgot to switch on the heating for the screen which was reported to the staff on ticket check but unfortunately he just shrugged his shoulders and no action taken. that behaviour was colder than the actual screen hall :(

I would still recommend to visit this place and enjoy your evenings.

Decent cinema. Cheaper than most. Even though it has recliner seats. Easy enough to get to by bus/car. 5 minutes from Leeds city centre.

I paid full price for a ticket at the IMAX to sit on this seat that was ripped up and knackered and uncomfortable. This was not a one off. Adjacent seats were equally as bad. It's pretty appalling they have either not replaced it or, removed it out of circulation from being purchased. Just shows a clear lack of care for their customers and a greed for sales. Don't waste your time going to this cinema. There's nicer alternatives for the price.

I can't believe I have never written a review for this place.

I have being coming to this cinema for years it is my go to. I have being at any time of the day with different people throughout the years, the memories I have created here along side the countless movies I have both enjoyed and despised is a beautiful thing.

The staff at this location are always super friendly and helpful I have not once had any terrible encounters with any of the staff members. Let's also thank everyone who cleans in this place because it is always spotless and I know for a fact that cinemas get messy but not once have I ever noticed it being dirty.

The choice of snacks and food is amazing there's plenty to choose from yes the prices are a little much don't get me wrong but you're going for the experience so why not spend a little more? If that's not your taste just respectfully bring your own snacks in, they don't mind just don't make a fuss about it.

The seats are comfortable to sit in, the lighting is just right. The sound is always perfect, the films always run on time without a fail honestly it's a perfect cinema.

Finally big shout out to the public who attend because although I have being for years not once has anyone being a fuss, everyone has sat and watched the same film and shared some emotions. You can see the pure enjoyment on everyone's face when they leave that viewing room, you can tell an experience was had.

Comfy chairs didn't feel crowded.
I had 2 happy kids and a wife.

And I did enjoy the little mermaid, not what I was expecting, but would recommend.

Great comfy reclining seats and clean! Always enjoyed watching films here. Bring my own snacks most of the time as very expensive inside the venue!

Not reviewing the film.
The cinema has ok parking, not much in the way of queue etc and the snack/food & drink selection is good.
The thing that let my experience down was the seats, row 2 & 3 in the IMAX with the red chairs. Horrendous, almost came close to ruining a good film.
The recline function is very weak, as soon as sitting down, without me wanting to recline, I suddenly found myself looking at the ceiling. The function is totally pointless. I spent the film having to sit forward, essentially doing a half sit up, just to be able to look forward at the screen. And the 6 of these chairs that my group occupied were squeaky.
