Waited for 50 min in queue to just update my number
I provide them EID but they ask for passport and didn't do the simple service because original passport not with me

Worst bank process.their operation is totally disaster.they don't respect their customers.i lost money via fraud because their mobile app not secure.i lost 3.8k aed.please don't open any account from this bank.

This 5 star for Mr.Amer at delma mall branch bcoz he have helped me very fast the issue will take normally two days to solve but he understand my situation so Mr.Amer solve my issue in 1hour, very friendly thanks Man????

Only 1 staff working on customer service , 5 customer waiting more than 30 minutes , many customers left the branch because of delaying ,

Today I finish early, I thought I will not finish early because they have only one lady working. For deposit. But I ask a lady and she answered quick my Q! And security very good and his very polite and he said welcome. And there is a land near his office to deposit. I aske him he said I don’t know!? How he don’t know and his working in bank.

i have been years with this bank and this is the worst branch ever. no respect for queues and just one costumer service employee working. go to corniche and youll save your time

Worst bank and branch it takes 2 days to change the phone number on the account and there is only one way to activate the bank card. While other banks make it easier for the customers to use their bank cards this bank is making it even harder to get one

Really nice small bookshop. The lady ordered a book for us as we wanted the latest DK travel guide for Lisbon. She explained that DK update their guides so frequently that she didn’t want to stock any guides that were not the very latest edition hence it will be a few days. Fair enough. We will go back as there were also lots of books on local themes and interests.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Great range of quality jigsaws and, of course, books. So glad they opened on Bank holiday Monday to save my bacon for a birthday present!

I ordered a couple of books online for my niece's birthday recently. They arrived on time, and beautifully wrapped. Can't ask for more than that - this is exactly the sort of bookshop that merits support compared with the 'easy option' that might be a bit cheaper, but is completely impersonal.

I love this little book shop. They have a great stock and order in anything you want and it always arrives really quickly. The staff are friendly and helpful and they have some nice cards and gifts too

A delightful little bookshop with an excellent selection especially considering its modest size. I often look forward to popping in whenever I visit Chepstow, and yes the books are a little more expensive than its online counterparts, but I'd much rather pay a little more to support an independent bookshop than buy cheap and line the pockets of a tax dodging conglomerate. Plus they'll order any book for you (as long as it's in print).

Small but very well stocked bookshop with a knack of attracting top authors to the town for talks and signings. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of local books and signed copies, too.

Love this bookshop. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too.much trouble. Really missed being able to visit during lockdown and browse.
