Pathetic service, charged me 3 dh extra without inform earlier that it has any delivery charge firstly and second the grill burger I ordered came out very very bad only has bbq sauce and onion, when I called to enquire them the person on the call started talking rude and when I told him I will complain he said go complain anyone u want. Very disappointed , it happened from the mutated branch

it's da worst branch of Joulan Cafeteria taking 30 min for 2 sandwich only i was waiting for almost 30 min for one simple order

Very bad. They will not deliver if your order is not more than 20 aed even if its less than 1 kilometer. Lazy delivery
