I had a great experience with having my Janome Memory craft machines repaired here- they gave personalized service and let me check my machine before leaving so I felt comfortable with machine adjustments and reviewed any settings I needed to adjust. They have great prices in so many other things in the shop from yarn to buttons to zippers, interfacing, lace, fabric and lots of machines!

I called the store after reading very good reviews. Luckily, it was Shukkoor that answered the call. I'm an absolute beginner in using a sewing machine, but Shukkoor was very patient and very helpful. He suggested a list of everything I might need for my first project, from a sewing machine to tailor's chalk. And he even was kind enough to get it all delivered as I was on home quarantine. Thank you Shukkoor for excellent service.

The best shop in this industry in Abu Dhabi. I have recieved a superb service specially from Shukur who assisted me to choose the correct sewing machine.

He was so patient and knowledgeable. I asked him endless questions for two weeks before I buy the machine and gave me great advice.

Thanks a lot Shukur and Al-Kawkab! I will be a lifetime customer inshallah ????????

Absolutely amazing service.

An employee there called Shukur took his time when I called and we texted on Whatsapp to help me find a sewing machine that ticked all my requirements very easily.

He sent me youtube videos on how to use the machine, helped me find something that fit my budget, and was very professional and kind throughout the way.

I didn't want to go to the store and spend time looking due to exposure to COVID-19, he helped me choose something through whatsapp so when I go to the store I can directly pay for it.

I am new to sewing and he offered to show me an easy demonstration when I come to the store so I can learn how to use the machine.

Bond of €1500, not just blocked but taken from credit card, or pay €59 to avoid. I had taken all the insurance and add ons available when I had booked. I wasn’t pleased about this.
However, the car was upgraded to a qashqai automatic. Right up my street. If I could, I would’ve married that car.
Downside was that whoever had been under the hood the last, hadn’t closed it properly. I had to stop on the motorway hard shoulder to close it properly, which isn’t a very nice experience.

It was easy to get to and from the rental place.
Service was good and friendly. They didn't want to do a walk around the car, but I'm glad I did. There was a hub cap missing and also the back of the wing mirror. I took a lot of photos but there was no problem dropping the car off.
Only downside was the car was very dirty.

Absolutely horrendous experience I got scammed into paying £160 on insurance under some pretence that they would not recognise my credit card as a credit card but tried to tell me it was a debit card and therefore wouldn’t accept a deposit only that I should pay £160 as an insurance. This is a massive scam

Due to the fact that it was 12 o’clock at night and I was travelling with my elderly father who is insulin-dependent and very frail and was very ill, I had to get him home

. I had no other choice, but to take the insurance

I had a gut feeling that if we walked away From this pre-paid car rental agreement that we would never have seen the return money for the car hire

I have also added a photograph of a scratch down the side of the car. I’m adding this photograph to show you that the scratch was there at the car pick up so that I don’t also get scammed for this as well.

I shall also be writing a Google and a trust pilot and doing a YouTube video about my experience with this company, because this is a scam company that is pushing people to pay out for insurances that are not necessary. It’s a way for them to get extra money.

Great quality car, less than 5,000 miles on the clock and great price! Professional throughout. Just be aware that some of the rental agreements come with large CDW excess amounts, but additional insurance can be purchased!

Wonderful service, car clean and spotless. The office was extremely busy when I picked up the vehicle but the fellas at the desk they managed to be very quick and smooth even with a long queue only 10 min for the whole process. After they explained my voucher I have decided to go for the protection instead leave an excess deposit, just for a piece of mind. The Agent at the desk Nico help me out to read my voucher and my rental conditions and he suggested me the best way for mileage and protection. Very good rate rental and excellent service. Yeah, pretty much the same experience that everyone has complained about. They're definitely out to extort money either by making you pay the additional insurance waiver (that was over double the price of the hire), or they try their absolute best to find something wrong with the car that they can also charge double.

I had already paid for an insurance waiver through Carjet when I booked the car online, but apparently because it was through a 3rd party, they STILL removed 1500 pounds from my Credit card- so it wasn't an insurance waiver at all (rookie mistake there!).

Then upon return they looked for any small mark on the car at all. For me it was a small mark on the mag wheels. If it wasn't for the fact that I was standing there pointing out all of the other scratches on the mags, they absolutely would've charged me for it- and the price was over twice the cost of the rental.

It really is just a tactic to extort more money for sure - either pay double the rental for their insurance waiver, or we'll charge you double for any issue we can find.

I won't ever use these guys again. It's a shame, because the car was great and I had no other issues

I love their responses too. Just the standard, 'oh we're sorry and we'll look into it', as if they don't know that this is their standard operating procedure.

I highly recommend this company. I rented a car for five days with them- they offered me insurance with unlimited kilometres that wasn’t too expensive and I didn’t have to put £1500 on my credit card. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Sergio even offered us a car that was better than we had initially requested. They deserve five stars!
