The Q in Q-Park should be a warning to everyone. The queues to pay at those awful machines is absolutely horrendous!! Allow 20 minutes at least for standing in the queue waiting to pay for your parking. Don’t bother trying the app either, because Norwich isn’t even on their map!! Shocking shocking shocking.

Expensive compared to other car parks. New payment system without ticket is a nightmare especially when there’s no mobile signal in the parking area! Big queues at machines.

New ticket entry system works alot better then before... there was plenty of cars I front as I entered barrier but swift through without a hassle.

Nice and clean car park. Easy to use and exit. Just remember your reg number. Does get busy but it is the best place to go.

So many great shops and all in the warm. Places to eat are fabulous so I don't have to walk from place to place outside to find an assortment of delicious foods. Lovely*****

Clean, well lit, escalators. I have parked here before to go to the cinema! Don't shop! It has marvellous acoustics for singing!

I'm on crutches due to a bad foot and as I was trying to carefully get from the car the side where the railings are the floor was really slippery they could do with putting some painted walkways in with slip resistant paint.
