The staffs in Maraghi are very friendly and helpful. I would like to have a special mention to Mr. Rathina. The hospitality is overall 100% satisfactory. Most of all, the work is done well. Very impressive. Maraghi is, no doubt, professional in dealing with Mercedes Benz. I will definitely take my CL only to Maraghi again.

This place is one of the best workshops that I have dealt with in terms of good dealings, reception and professionalism in dealing with clients. I did not regret the day I dealt with them. I thank the manager, Mr.Nizar, for the elegant and professional dealings and the work team (Mr.Rathna)

I had hydraulic oil leakage problems. AlMaraghi did an affordable and professional job repairing my car in 4 days. Mr. Rathina was especially helpful and honest to me explaining every procedure that was done to make my car safe and drivable again. I highly recommend this place as they are experts in Mercedes and very hospitable.

It’s a great service offer by Ashiq, they were closing at 1 PM, i was in rush and having issue with auxiliary battery, Ashiq offers me to make the service at same time, that was at 12 PM and they finished the replacement and diagnosis at 12:30 PM.

I hope they stay at same standard level.

Big thank you to Sohaib. He is an amazing customer adviser. Great customer service. I really like that they supply the parts at cost price. Another garage didn’t pass on any discount and the same parts cost twice as much! ???? recommend.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Al Maraghi since 2019 ever since I was first introduced to it. This is the only car repair workshop I fully trust when it comes to maintenance and repair of my car since I can handover my car while being 100% confident I will not walk out with more problems than before entering, which is what happened when me (a lady) had to handle car fixing matters at other workshops. My experiences with Sohaib Eltom/Service Advisor have been superb and never disappointing as he is highly knowledgeable and makes sure I also understand what the existing issues post car assessment are, prior to proceeding with the actual fixing. This workshop will remain my no. 1 destination for all car related issues in Mussafah.
