They don’t even deserve 1 star.. frozen food was served after 45 min and waitress need proper training and it’s a restaurant deserve to located in hell..i never give this type of bad reviews but, they really deserve it..????

This place does not have any stars and not worth no star. The place is entering and drives a barbe's account did not drink. Laws of this place I have not heard before.

Dear Company, we respect your work, but would you please be so kind as to make in the way that the strikes do not affect the passenger?

Start to be chaotic, all the time strikes and many commuters are unable to go from A to B.

Chose another option of protest which doesn't affect the people who are not faulting why the situation is how it is.
Do not punish them!!!!!!!

Leaves you stranded in the middle of nowhere by randomly cancelling services. Rail is basic infrastructure. It should be protected. I will never ride a train in Great Britain again barring the London tube.

We visited Ipswich last Saturday and on our way back to the station our car got stuck in traffic. We arrived on the platform just in time to see the train pulling away.

At the ticket office we received great customer service from Joyce and David who gave us a permit to travel on the next available train. Even if our journey took longer, this made our whole experience less stressful.

Thanks Joyce and David for treating your customers respectfully - we will gladly travel with Greater Anglia again!

I feel as if the very large shoulder length white hair lady on the trains with the red lipstick..is a racist. This is the 2nd time I travelled with my partner who is black, and every time we are on a train she is on she finds a reason to really pick on her. She talks right down to her said she was cursing with she didn't she just said dam it. That's nothing. Getting really in her face as well talking as if shes a child. Shes a ground adult. This is disgusting if this happens again I won't have it. I will be saying something horrible. Please watch this woman.

The revamp of the station is great, better ticket office away from the platforms themselves and excellent customer service, my queries were answered by Jamie I believe. Separate parking for drop offs is really handy too.

Greater Anglia are an excellent train service, if they do have a problem it is on their website as soon as is humanly possible, their conducters are pleasant and amiable people who you can converse with in a friendly manner, I have never had a problem with Greater Anglia staff in any way, I always travel by train rather than any other public transport, I would recommend Greater Anglia to everyone.

Due to work on the track, which apparently had to happen during daytime, I had to take a replacement bus, which would take only a little longer. The bus showed up too late. A little longer was 2 extra hours through the country side, bad driving skills made people nauseous. I missed my appointment and got to pay for it. I suppose the only good thing was that a replacement bus was available.
