I don't have experience with them face to face but by telephone I had a very bad experience they don't care about customers

I I’m trying to change my ticket all day !! Have been on hold few hours with very unprofessional stuff who hanged up on me at the end !! I have no idea why this kind of tourist agency does exist in uae !!! As in uae u always get the best service but this place apparently is so cheap with their service and stuff !!
