Non professional attitude and persons just playing with customers. I ordered a neclace and they confirm. But after playing with me for 11 days they are saying my order is delivered to someone else. Very non professional attitude. I think they are making videos on tiktok for just getting attention and thats it????????????

No sales etiquette, no IPR , we went whole family from abu dhabi to al ain , travelled all the way to buy gold just impressed from tictok,by having some screen shots with us ...there were 2 guys , no one attended us, we were just looking around...we also told them , what we want , but no interest ...they shown...then we requested the other guy who is small in height , he walked to show us ,we told him, what we want, but the other fat one , who was having silver bracelet chain in his hand ..distracted the the guy who approached us to help ..then we left the shop and just entered next shop , and we bought gold chain from there ....
