Mr. Joshed had demonstrated an impressive level of expertise regarding the visa application process and requirements. They were well-versed in the specific regulations of my destination country, and their guidance was instrumental in avoiding potential pitfalls and errors. Their attention to detail was commendable and undoubtedly contributed to the smooth approval of my mothers in law visa. He also was doing a close follow up when the renewal has to be made and he also work extra hours to have everything neat and ready.

I interacted with Abdur Rahman - Abu Dhabi branch for Canada tourist visa and he was very helpful at very stage and guided me from time to time and took care of all the interviews and the complete process. I managed to get the visa in less than 1 month so I would definitely recommend him for visa related services.

Very bad service. I was attended by Mr abdur rahman regarding Saudi tourist visa. First of all they charged more than the market price. And when there was a problem with the visa, they did not offer any assistance. If I had to do everything on my own why would I go to an agency. I went to Saudi embassy and they told that there was a mistake by the agency but there was no courtesy by Mr abdur rahman to even acknowledge the problem. I even mailed to raise a complaint but sure they don't care about customer or their concerns. There was no response.

Have been dealing with Musafir (DXB and AUH) for a decade now...super satisfied with their service. Very flexible, friendly and economical as well.

Special thanks to Abid from AUH office who is the most reliable and trustworthy agent I have ever dealt with...I literally have blind faith in his advice and have recommended him to many of my friends.

Getting a Tourist visa was a piece of cake thanks to Mr. Khurshid. Found Musafir more expensive than the online with regards to booking a flight ticket. Thanks to Ms Bavitha and Mr Feroz my experience with Musafir was good.
