Doesn't know how to deal with customer. Every time you place a complain he raises his voice and starts to fight. Moreover, I have agreed with him on a specific design then he managed to change by him self and told me you said so. He wants to do the job in the easiest way for him and doesn't care about your opinion or requirements.
