The pool is nice and the Egyptian trainer is very helpful.
But the syrian manager is very rude and impolite , same as the girls in reception

I paid for few months but i didnot complete because of their rudeness.

I hope that the managment can take serious action against this kind of employees

Good place to swim, not crowded, but the pool needs to be properly cleaned....

The pool is except for some bugs relatively clean. No keys are offered for the lockers, instead, the staff will keep your valuables with them, which I don't really find very secure.
I was expecting something better from this swimming pool, since It's attached to Al Ain Fc's former headquarters and is run by assumably a German company.
