Town house experience 3 years and 8 months: It’s a cozy and quiet place live i was close to the gate with 2 parking spaces garage and i was feeling lucky that i have this space because i keep seeing people and neighbors fighting over outside parking areas due to the number of their cars and not to mention that if you don’t have enough space in your garage you will just have to park outside exposed to the sun, i nearly had troubles with parking but unfortunately whenever a guest or a family member or if i’m having a gathering i feel all the people out there struggling with parking issues cause god i can’t take enough embarrassment due to the lack of spaces and i always pray that my neighbors won’t have a gathering the same day as me which is really ironic and sad at the same time.

Although i said it’s cozy and nice to be here but the space is enough for me due to the little number of people in the house we rented it’s nearly 2 or 3, so if you’re a family with more than 4 members a highly recommend a different community cause this one is not the one for you it’s going to be a really bad and frustrating experience for you and your family members.

In my opinion i think that it’s fear for this community to have those issues since it’s one of the first projects to be done in such ways, maybe due to the lack of experience and lack of planning for the future this happened or maybe it’s just was meant for people for small families, cause not only the houses are tight and small in spaces but also the outside area for cars is too narrow and sometimes i think it’s impossible for my car to pass here but thank god it always does.

So what encouraged me to write this review is my anger with the insects and cockroaches!!!!!! cause that’s one big negative turn off and the absolute main reason why i’m leaving this community! imagine with me you’re walking peacefully to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee and god you have the most disgusting welcome with a cockroach or whatsoever and the bathrooms oh my god we keep getting those out of the toiles and sinks and showers! and yes people we did complain we did everything possible to keep it away but the problem is i don’t know if the people who i contacted before explained to me right but it’s something from down and they always to insect control but i guess it’s useless or the insects are just more powerful than us now i don’t know at this point but we’re highly annoyed and disappointed and disgusted and not even having the slightest sense of a home at this point with this little introverts. If you don’t ming those little guys then you’re going to be okay here.

Again, it’s not bad but i just had some issues and i’ve already addressed the issues to the concerned people but yeah that was unsolvable.

Thank you so much for your efforts and for whatever you do to make us live here better but please do more and try to make some major changes that would be great for future residents.

I was there for the maintenance purpose, I saw the place is very clean and lots of villa are situated here.
All villas nameed by number. You need you to I'd to enter this villa for any requirement.

The area is big. Many people stay in residential areas. There is a jogging track outside the residential wall and it covers the whole area. Great place to live. Security on every entrance and close to some great areas for eating and shopping.

Peaceful area with cozy and nice restaurants. We mostly go there for Uncle Showerma.
Recently grocer supermarket is opened in there. Vegetables are nice and good quality other items are slightly more expensive than LuLu.
