Fantastic service. And really great communication.

We use them to MOT and service all our cars. We have used others garages in the area but always seem to come back here.

Efficient service. Great prices and top staff.

Needed some urgent repairs and they booked me in quickly. Rachel was very helpful.
I thought I needed a new alternator instead it was only the belt. So they only replaced the belt (which was a lot cheaper than the alternator). Very honest and very good service. I would use again.

Terrible customer service!!!! Avoid!!! Had a tyre emergency and we found this shop on our way, asked for a change of tyre and the lady said to park as she was going to be with us soon. Waited more than half an hour in their car park, with a 6 month old baby and no one bothered to come and assist us. We went to the next shop Just Tyres literally down the road from there and the service was so quick. Literally lost our time waiting in there for nothing.

Don't bother - rude and clueless garage. Give different prices each time you call. I booked an MOT and service as per Groupon. Called up the garage and they told me not to buy Grpupon voucher and go directly through them. I purchased all the parts for the service and when I called up the day before the MOT the owner completely changed his mind about the price and pretends to be someone else. Avoid this garage at all costs.

I came in today to get an MOT service for £38 I waited for the MOT test to start and was told that I had a lot of problems and would fail. £340 for a top mount £168 for arm brushing oil leak £230 plate bulb £5 registration replacement £21 altogether over £700. I felt this was really steep and I was correct took to another garage for a second opinion and was quoted £350 to fix all the problems I was told. Absolutely disgusting that you think it’s ok to take advantage of people and pressure people to pay out. My mechanic said the oil fix is an £18 job!!! And you quoted me £230 absolutely disgraceful it’s mechanics like your self that make me nervous to go on my own because I’m a woman and I know I’m probably going to be taken advantage of do not go here they are ripping off there customers. And when I asked for a print out of everything so I could get a second opinion I was almost made to feel I wasn’t allowed to do that. If I could give 0 stars I would

I don't usually leave reviews BUT I have to share! A friend recommended me and I'm so glad I chose Oakmere to fit my new gear box. I was quoted so much more elsewhere and I'm glad I shopped around. I received the most fabulous service, communication and feel I have found an excellent and genuine mechanic. Mr Khan was so lovely and my car now drives like a dream. Cannot thank you enough!

One of the biggest crooks I've ever come across. Don't ignore the bad reviews!

I took my car there and he quoted a ridiculous amount to exchange a turbo hose. When I confronted him with the real price of the part he went quite and said "it may not fit though" and wouldn't tell me the part number. He's a thief and a lier. He's a horrible opportunistic person and it's a horrible position to be in at his age.
