This is a nice restaurant offering open air seating. They offer normal and VIP seating for which you pay 100 AED and I return you get sofa arrangement, personal TV with Youtube access and a coffee and tea with dates and dry fruit. Food is good as well. We tried grill which was nice.

The seats, the views and the service
But the best was the food, literally I had not test an amazing mixed grill like the one there

Visited this restaurant by chance, only because it was the only non-junk restaurant nearby, but it exceeded our expectations. It's a shame that all the junk food neighbor restaurants are more popular!
We ordered Vegetable Pizza, Vegetable Pasta, Chicken Tikka, and a Greek Salad. They all tasted fresh and delicious.
Staff were very helpful.
Ambience was very convenient and quite.
Prices were ok.

One of the worst restaurants out there in Al Ain ! Will never recommend this place to anyone! The customer service is really bad and food is just average and not worth the money really. The staff is really rude and arrogant towards it's customers!

We went to this place to have coffee n evening snacks. But our expectations were crushed by the service they provide. Even with all the walkie-talkie setup and people moving around, it took them 45 mins to provide coffee n tea that too after multiple follow-ups to ask where our order was. The lady who took the order missed an item requested by us and we waited for almost an hour for that item. Later after multiple follow-ups, she informed that we never placed an order whereas she forgot to punch the order and then she mentioned, it will take 1 min to get it, then we waited for another 20 mins but remaining order didn't come. So we left the restaurant and paid the bill from the parking area when they realized that we were not interested in waiting anymore. With all this incident, they didn't even bother to apologize.
Go only if you have free time to wait and just sit around.
