Not impressed with this workshop at all. I was sent to this workshop by an insurance company for accident repairs on my MB CLS 63. The damage was extensive and to my surprise, I was contacted to say that the car was ready for pickup after only one week!
My inspection after repairs revealed several things that were not to my liking (i.e doors that were replaced were out of alignment, windows not adjusted properly, shoddy bodywork, paint mismatch in repair area, vehicle badge knocked off and no attempt to put it back on the vehicle. I even had to drive the vehicle to yet another workshop myself to have the SRS system reset because this workshop did not reset it after the work was completed the SECOND time.
I left the vehicle at the workshop a total of THREE times to have these issues fixed! There is still a problem with the door(s) because of the road noise heard inside of the vehicle when driving! There is either undetected damage to the chassis or the door(s) or windows are not installed/adjusted properly. The bad part about all of this is, all of the issues and negligible damage was created by the technicians themselves….not due to the accident.
I am thoroughly disappointed in the work that was performed on my car!
Now, to ensure that the vehicle is repaired to my satisfaction, I am now forced to come out of MY pocket and take the vehicle to another workshop that can correct another shop’s negligence.
By the way, I am the non-fault party in this accident.

Even one star is too high for this workshop
Big zero quality, very high price, not honest, really not recommended for even small repair.
For 3 weeks follow this workshop to fix them mistakes during painting my car but every time they are telling come after one week.

Great Workshop.

Sent my car for a repair and did a good job. they will tell you also how many days it will finish.

My insurance told me to go here for a scratch repair on my bumper. They were not so fast at repairing but they did a good job in the end. Had no problems with communicating with them.
