Bad behaviour, worst customer service. Zero customer satisfaction. What ever you ask, these guys ll reply like "if you want buy or else get lost". Wonderful attitude.

I went today for manakich, my first time at this location. I love the selection at this location! Everything was available. The staff was friendly also :)

Today at 10:50 I visited Al sultan bakeries Branch 7 Shabiya 11, the arabic guy misbehaved and showed very rude behahaviour, though food is delious but this kind of behaviour carries away. I would never like to go there again. There is no complaint line to register that how humilated i felt there.

Good place for breads and whole wheat khoobz. They make nice pastries and other breads too. The oldest bakery I know of in Abu Dhabi.
