It's a nice friendly park for MBZ and Shabiya area, playground, lawn, kids area, plenty of parking and public facilities are available like filtered water and public toilets.

I've been living in the area for the past 4 years, and it was my first time there a few days ago, and I can say that I loved the place, so peaceful, full of energy. The picnic area is awesome, and also the playgrounds.
Overall the place is good for families and friends gathering. Hope you'll like it!

Nice place for family and single to spend time in a grass with cornice facing best time is night in summer specially when humidity is less and any time in summer. Some places are reserve for barbecue, so use them only

Very beautiful, clean n green park. Nice to barbeque in winters. Has a play are for kids but not much of swings n slides. Has cafe which are currently shut down. Located next to small cutout beach where u can enjoy peaceful sunset.

One of the best recreational enjoying facility of shahabiya MSF10. Surrounding area inhabitants used to come in evening/ night time. Security services also available especially checking ALHOSN green status for entry. Youth love to play football both sides. Umbrella shelters , sitting arrangements available but majority love to sit on grass. At entry point nice map available. Beautiful green lighted date palm trees impact gorgeously.

The park is really a highlight of the Shabiya neighborhood. It's not open for 24 hours. The weekdays timing are 8 am - 10 pm and it's open till 11 pm on Fridays and on weekends.

They have a children's play area which is plastered with soft material (not cement/tiles) so that they don't get hurt even if they fall, which I think is very thoughtful. They have a picnic area where you can have food with your family. You can get your own food there. Restrooms are also available.

Besides that there is a small football ground (preferably for a 4x4 game but you can squeeze 5x5) and a basketball court. There are some basic equipment to keep you fit. There is also a nice trail for walkers and joggers (although as a jogger myself I would prefer a trail wider than this).

This is really a nice park to visit. The only con which is absolutely exclusive to me is that it opens at 8 am. I prefer to jog from 5:30 am and finish by 7 am. But if you don't have these timing issues then that's absolutely the place for you..
