Too bad and disappointing experience, i bought one pair of energize batteries with 5 year life and 1 year warranty but just after one month they stopped working. When i went to ask at store to replace or whatever the company compensation policy is you can't believe the manager mr. Stephen shouted at me literally and his argue was that i am the first person who complains.
His behaviour towards me was shocking, i will never recommend anybody to go there especially when it comes to behaviour towards customers, i gave one star just because there is no option for negative star.
