Not a bad centre for small parties. Clean. Disabled access and toilets. Kitchen facilities. There is NO Parking. However you can park in the side streets all day Saturday and Sunday but Monday to Friday strictly no parking in residents bays between 1pm-2pm. Be aware of parking attendants patrolling. Outside these hours are fine.

I emailed to enquire about using the Northwood venue for my daughters 1st birthday in August, Nicola replied to my email within 5 mins of it being sent- however her response was very rude & unprofessional. “I’m sorry the hall is not available”. When someone enquires about something, if what they have asked for is not available it is usually common practice to offer alternative dates, times etc. I won’t be considering this venue for the future nor would I recommend it to anyone I know. I originally got recommended this hall by a friend who used the Uxbridge venue last year for her daughters 1st birthday, Im very disappointed with my experience to say the least.
