Over the phone diagnosis IS DANGEROUS. How about GP's in the Doctor Anderson practice actually start seeing patients face to face and stop risking peoples life's by "guessing" what they possibly could have, resulting in serious health conditions not being treated in time, further resulting in long waits at Wishaw general, eventual admission and surgery. Covid was 3 years ago and yet over the phone consultations are still happening. No wonder Wishaw General A And E departament is packed. If GP's would do their job, which they're paid well for, the public of North Lanarkshire would get the medical treatment they need and deserve.

Since covid can’t even speak to a doctor never mind see one , lady at desk when calling says .is it an emergency , if no you’ve no chance !!

Reception are always really busy but do their very best to accommodate.. The GPs have been good that I've seen and I think it's a well run practice

First class service to Dr Clark's practise and the receptionists they do a fanatics job.

Branchelwood medical practice within the health centre is a joke extremely rude receptionists who think they are doctors
Can't get by the receptionists to get a doctor's appointment or a call back from a nurse or a doctor
You can only discuss one thing that is wrong with you per appointment
Can't get appointments even though you call every day for a week or get told to just call NHS 24
This practise is a shambles and their duty of care towards their patients is non existing
