I came here for my car repair and they exceeded my expectations. First of all they will stick to the timing they inform for the car repair and amazing customer service with the fastest replies. They provide my quotation so quick and made sure to keep me satisfied . I would highly suggest this workshop if you are looking for professionalism in everything. During our communication, I requested a quote for replacing the right passenger mirror of my car, which included a lane camera. The service agent provided me with a certain cost for the job. However, after receiving my car back, I was shocked to find out that the lane camera configuration was not done. When I immediately contacted the agent to inquire about this omission, they casually admitted their mistake and claimed that configuring the camera would cost an additional 500 dirham!
What truly disappoints me is how Al Zaabi could demonstrate such incompetence in their communication. I expected a minimum level of professionalism and expertise. They should have thoroughly checked everything and informed me upfront about all the costs involved.
It's disheartening to have come across positive reviews on Google prior to opting for their online service, only to be met with such a lackluster experience.
In conclusion, my experience with Al Zaabi's service was extremely unsatisfactory, and I deeply regret choosing them for the task.
P.S: I also want to add that they removed the camera and cover and took them before returning the old part to me (noting that the camera was working perfectly fine).
Update: 02/08/2023:
In response to Al Zaabi's comment, I'd like to address a few points:
1. The old parts I mentioned in my review were both the camera and mirror cover, and they were in perfect condition. I'm curious why you only mentioned the camera as the only available part for collection.
2. According to your explanation, the AD municipality doesn't allow keeping old parts. However, I had paid delivery fees for my service, and you should have returned the parts to me initially. Now, you are asking me to collect it myself.
3. I have been in contact with your agent, Mohammed Anwar, through WhatsApp regarding the return of the old parts. He never mentioned their availability. I find it strange that you are notifying me about this through a Google review comment.
4. Due to the unresolved issue, I have escalated the matter to Tamm, an application I highly recommend for every individual in the UAE, as it helps protect consumer rights and allows you to raise complaints.

NB : the impressive thing that they are managed and directed by a lady mechanic and manager ( one of the best in the field )
