I live close to Fab mart but I didn't know this gym is located here. I am very happy to discover it and I have made enquires on how to get started. Glad to know that they are running a juicy package during this Ramadan. They do have varieties of gym equipments.

Can't fault the staff. Prompt polite staff. In-store stock computer gave me the information I needed for the product I had to but urgently for my son for his work. ( New safety boots).

Spoke to a lovely lady at the shop front. She was really cheerful, chatty and couldn't have been more helpful. I couldn't find ther tap tops I wanted in the catalogue. She found them straight away and had them on the desk in minutes. The whole transaction couldn't have taken more than ten minutes. I fitted one set as soon as I got home and they were perfect.

Very disappointing to park up and see a young man smoking sat down on on blue crates not bothering to interact. I was going to ask a question and decided not to bother. I had noticed your competitors open across the way so went ther instead they were more then happy to help me.

Too busy with DIY fans, tradesman and women needlessly hanging around. Did not receive my order status ready text after 2.5 hours so I had to ring customer services in order to establish whether my £180 order was ready for collection. Pretty amateurish company pretending to be trade friendly.
Always an item out of stock or always an issue of some sort.

Got to be the slowest around. Downloaded the app because I was told it would be quicker for collection and it actually made it slower.

Nice staff. Same as other screwfix stores really. Items come quick once ordered, and they'll assist you to your vehicle with heavier objects.

I personally find the items I want online, and then arrive at the store armed with the item codes in hand. This saves time looking through the extensive stock they have in the catalogue.

Fast efficient service, the young lady that served me was very friendly and was very apologetic that she was new and maybe a bit slow.

Which I said it is no problem as I know what it's like, would go back no problems.

Great place to go, can get busy, but good setup, really quick and easy to pick up your order.
