I booked a taxi to the train station at short notice as my meeting had overrun. The driver was there waiting for me when he said he was, brought me to the station in time to catch my train, and even filled in some of the local information as I am new to the area. I will use them again.

I booked a taxi to get to work on a Sunday morning. I booked it on Friday so two days in advance. When booking I asked for a price and was refused, was told the person I was talking to couldn’t give out prices, but I booked it anyway as needed to get to work. I get the taxi on the Sunday morning and on arrival was asked for £48, but the driver rounded it down to £45. When I asked why he told me “Sunday’s are time and a half”. I explained that I’d been refused a price in advance and he replied “well yeah because if they told you, you wouldn’t have booked it.” Showing me that it was intentional. I believe this is awful service and feel like I was tricked out of £45. Never had an issue with Talbot’s before now and I’m really disappointed.

Booked mini bus 1 month before going to a wedding and return
Mini bus did not turn up forcing two of us to drive
Would not use again unreliable
