Very good set up if you are into calisthenics, impressed as not a lot of gyms have a good set up when it comes to pull ups. They have rings, monkey bars, various pull up bars, rings, dip station and much more. Its a small gym but they hold some good classes, so go on over if you are in troon. You won't regret it...

Great place to train, all the trainers see you as a priority. You can just train or you can have the full experience of training, weights, movement, diet and mindset. With classes to suit everyone.
