Managed to squeeze me in to look at what I feared was suspension damage when every other garage in town seemed to be full. Turned out to be a simple fix, which was done quickly and for a very fair price. Courteous and professional throughout, very impressed and will happily use again.

I had the MOT completed on my Renault Kangoo van yesterday and the service from start to finish was excellent.
The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and the waiting / reception area is very comfortable and spacious.
I could even see my van being worked on via a monitor TV.
My van needed a couple of minor things to get the MOT passed and they were carried out there and then.
I was discussing my private Mercedes car and the problems it's experiencing of late and Tiffany noted my comments and even called me back later in the afternoon with advice on how to get the car sorted.
That was very kind and much appreciated.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience with M-Tech and I would highly recommend them to future customers.

I bought a used car from elsewhere which sadly had an oil leak. They diagnosed the problem correctly, which was driveshaft seal leak from the transmission. Had to wait few days for the Honda dealer to get the part. However, once received the lovely people in this garage were prompt and effective. The price was reasonable as well.

After a couple of days I found an oil puddle beneath my car. I went under the car and I genuinely thought it is coming from somewhere else (Different seal on the transmission). I took the car back to M-Tech and, to my surprise, they called me to say it is the same problem - the same driveshaft seal. This just shows you the level of honesty and the professionalism at this place.
The problem was in the defective seal from Honda. However, M-Tech did the whole job again for free which I am very grateful for.

It has been almost a month now with no problem at all.

I have also used couple of other services like MOT, re-MOT and full health check service (they provide you with a great checklist BTW).

I am very happy with all services I received from this garage. I only know them since 6 weeks but they are probably my lifetime go-to garage from now on.

I had brake pads renewed and a tyre fitted yesterday morning. First class workmanship in all respects. Very satisfied and also pleased at the reasonable pricing which is competitive in todays market. All the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about my vehicle. I will certainly use MTech Auto Group for all my future car maintenance/service needs.

I was very impressed with the excellent service provided by M Tech Auto Group. They collected my car promptly for MOT and service and the gentleman was very professional and friendly. I had to get work carried out and it was very reasonably priced and I would give Josh 10/10 for his excellent rapport and customer service skills. Would highly recommend and will definately use this garage for any work in the future. Nothing was too much bother.

Rang up to book an mot managed to get booked for that day and they could collect car too. Gentleman collecting car was very friendly and professional very polite, checked the correct contact details and said that they would be in touch to let me know the outcome of the mot in a few hours.
Car ready few hours later. Paid over the phone and car being delivered back to home address again. Very happy with the service. Second time I have used mtech and won't use anybody else
Thanks again for being hassle free.

Needed a MOT and service ASAP and they got me booked in the next day, their staff were so friendly and honestly. This make a change as most garages are blunt and try milk money out off you but not these folks. When I came to pick the car up, I was nicely informed what was done and welcomed to a sparkly clean car which was a bonus too.

Great staff and professional job done for a reasonable price, definitely will be going back there.

Our car had some issues that no one was able to fix in the whole County, so we ended up in this garage by chance after driving for miles and miles and it was one of the luckiest things that ever happened to us. Not only they were able to carry out the repairs needed, showing great competence and real professionalism, but they were also extremely nice and kind. Excellent customer service and excellent work at a very fair price. Absolutely recommended!
