Top tier service at the Darlington branch. The car I requested wasn’t available so received a call offering a free upgrade to the new Lexus. The car was brilliant so extended my rental and upon returning I was offered a lift to the train station free of charge.

The whole team were friendly, professional and the pick up/drop off took all of 5 minutes. I wish I’d remembered names but everybody was brilliant.

It was my first time renting a car and will definitely be hiring from Enterprise, Darlington again. Would 1000% recommend.

The team are fantastic, super helpful and understanding. I have been a regular customer in the last 6 months and highly recommend. The team have supported me in situations where I am running late due to unforeseeable circumstances, I am unable to find transport home after dropping of the hire vehicle and more. They have upgraded me multiple times where possible to make the experience even better for the customer.

Brilliant manager made the rental experience easy and fun. The car was clean and well maintained. Meghan made the return easy, and then drove us back to the station. I’d definitely recommend them.

Corporate booking, given a great car and due to this i extended my booking a lot longer with the Darlington Branch. Every person at the branch has been helpful and friendly. Cheers, Tyler!

Excellent service. Very professional and polite. They gave me a small discount to have the medium sized van for only an extra £10 instead of £20. Used these to lease s transit van in 2018 and they were excellent then too. The van was brand new. The one I was given this time was nearly new. Great job. I highly recommend. Deposit refunded within 1 business day. Very happy indeed.
