Precious Gem of The River Tees.
The crew are absolute stars, so kind and it shows that they love what they do to give people a good experience. Highly recommend their journeys or even a quick commute to/from preston park. Plenty of photo opportunities too.

From boarding, no welcome drinks, even though paid for and part of the package.
2 options for Lager but 1 was out before setting off the other ran out by 10.30pm.
Heating on full belt and you couldn't open the windows more than an inch and the card machine didn't work. The bar staff you would have thought had been forced to work for nothing.
Other than that was a good night.

Thoroughly enjoyed the full trip. Staff were very attentive and thorough from assisting passengers onto the boat, informative safety briefing, serving food and bar service. Will do it again so much to see on leisurely trip along the Tees.

I can't thank you all enough for making the occasion of my daughter's engagement so special. First off- Thank you Rachel. You worked tirelessly to make sure everything went perfectly on the day. And thank you for putting up with all my phone calls!

Then, on the day, we met Kimberley and Andrea (and very briefly, the Captain). These two ladies are real treasures. From the warm friendly welcome on boarding and throughout the cruise, they treated us like royalty- at pains to get everything just right. The food, Sunday dinner, was fabulous. Desserts delicious. Our family keep going on and on about it even days after! A very high standard of catering.
Throughout the meal, Kimberley and Andrea attended to all our needs.

It did help that the weather was gorgeous and that we could cruise along in full sun outside in late September! And that we virtually had the boat to ourselves. But it was the Tees Princess staff who made the day extra special for us.
Many thanks to all of you.

Also- it must be said that the afternoon was great value for money.

Fab 80s music night cruise. Free drink on arrival and free buffet food which was delicious not cheap stuff either! Music all night, space for dancing and quick serving bar staff, never kept waiting for a drink plus cruise up the river and back. Had so much fun with friends that we booked up again!

Loved it. It was a very gentle boat ride. Just a question, I want to know if I could arrange my wedding on this boat some time in the future. I'm already engaged so this boat would be a nice place to book mine and my fiance's wedding.

Lovely crew with interesting commentary on the trip up river to Yarm and down to the Tees Barrier. Refreshments on board. Well worth a ride even in the rain!

Fantastic, 5 of us as a family went on the trip for my Mother's 95th birthday, brilliant caring and thoughtful staff, they are a credit to their employers and themselves. They even asked if my mam would like to steer the boat which she thoroughly enjoyed and got to keep the Captains cap. Food was really good too. We would definately go back. Thank you to everyone singing Happy Birthday to her.
