I'm writing to complain about the shredded cheese product, I bought this from supermarket but then when I opened it to consume it I saw there is mould on it covered everywhere, its non-edible, I threw it out immediately. I'm very disappointed by this.
I always been a loyal customer but after this incident I was very frustrated so I will switch to a different brand better.

I contacted the customer service about this issue but they were helpless completely.

I will never buy any of their products ever again.

Very grumpy staff!

Meal deal signage deliberately misleading and staff not willing (or able!) to explain what is and isn't included... if I wasnt hungry I'd have walked away and saved the hassle!
