As a student who has studied here for a decade, I feel oblidged to give my overall experience here, so as to help other people who are in indecision on what school to admit their sons/daughters to.
Pros:
As the name suggests, this is an only boys school. This is the main plus-point of this school, which is something definitely crucial in this day and age we are living in.
Cons:
The management is undescribably terrible. They do not have any proper system of organizing and managing any of the teachers, subjects or syllabi taught by the school. Half the time the grade advisor will be saying something completely different from the coordinator or other teachers, which creates unavoidable confusion for the all of us.
The majority of teachers are also not qualified to be teaching even second graders. From my ten years of being in this school, I could only think of five or six well-qualified, experienced teachers. Other than that, a good percentage of teachers don't even know basic English, let alone be teaching international curriculums.
Another point is the underlying disregardment of non-Arabs. It always seems as if Arabs are able to leverage off the school's facilities, as if they are bespoken to the school. What's ironic about all of this is the non-arabs generally tend to be scoring higher and getting in trouble less often, and the non-arab teachers are also, generally, better at teaching as they are more experienced in speaking English and know the subject more thoroughly.
Apart from this, I could honestly write volumes about all the times this school has awfully erred and done something mind bogglingly vacuous. But is it really worth it, when this school already has such a laugbable reputation around the city? That's why the overall number of students attending this school, along with the number to teachers teaching here, have gradually decreased over the years, and I predict that in just a few decades, this school will have gone bankrupt and cease to exist.
With all thess points considered, it would be quite naive to send your son here, when the only advantage present is the gender segregation.
If any of the owners or admins are reading this, please, it's not that hard to run a school properly.
