The rooms in the hotel are spacious and well maintained. The hotel is quite cozy, and the staff are kind. The food is excellent, and the facilities too. They have a splendid swimming pool, and a decent gym.
There is a billiards table, and there is an internal passage to enter the convention center.

The room I stayed in was simply fantastic. It was clean and spacious.
What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional customer service. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Thank you to Ms. Mandira in the front desk who assisted us.
All in all, I highly recommend ALOFT for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The exceptional room quality, coupled with the outstanding customer service, made my visit truly memorable. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future

A little difficult to find but a direct road (and taxi ride) away from the airport.
Team at hotel were fantastic especially on check-out - a member of the team went out while I waited inside to get me a taxi.
Comfortable room and bed - I had an excellent view. Shower especially was a highlight.
Room service dining options are straight forward and as expected.
Overall, an excellent hotel

Anyhow, the hotel staff are courteous, the cleaners are very polite. The buffet breakfast though was just Okey, nothing fancy and variety was limited. Coffee machine is slow but all good as it was unlimited (good treat for caffeine lovers). Juice station is amazing. Oh the staff in the resto are very attentive specially Prakash as I recall his name. And everyone keeps everything tidy & orderly. I love it!
The room itself is clean, sheets are so fresh, towels are new and not overused. They have a smart TV, so you can mirror anything from your mobile to Netflix etc...
Upon checkout, we unfortunately had a flat tire, however the staff name Anya not quite sure the name and Jemar security really exhausted everything to help us with the superflat tire. My goodness we really appreciated everything in this hotel and staff. And oh amenities like there was billiards, pool area was really nice too.
I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you once again for making our stay fantastic! Kudos to the management how they handle their staff who always are welcoming. Cheers!
