My mom had the worst experience in this salon, only and only from the receptionist. As I must say, the girls who work there are really good, however, the receptionist called (yas….)have been always treating customers in less respect and no kindness. My mom had an appointment at a specific time, so when she went, the receptionist told her her appointment is at another time and told her that no one took her appointment at the phone in impolite way, she was literally raising her voice at my mom.

Since January I regularly go there for massage and I must say it has always been the best! I did it first time with Megga and I don’t want to try anyone else. Also they have a very professional hair dresser Angy who colored my blond into more beautiful blonde

receptionist was ignoring me the whole time i was talking to her and walked away just like that it was rude. and i went to get my gel removed it was thin so it couldve been removed with a nail file only but she used the drill which wasnt a problem until she went too deep and caused a cut in my nail bed.

Brief: Go elsewhere for lashes, pedicure and manicure are ok.

I've gone to this salon often, mostly because it is very close to my house and the service is generally ok. They used to have an amazing masseuse and facial technician, but they have both left. Recently got lashes done (200 after discount offer), asked for very natural look, got full glam. The tech knew it was bad as soon as I got up she said sorry these are the shortest we have. Lashes were also trimmed (big no no) so they looked like barbie lashes, quality is very poor also, very plasticky looking. The following day lashes were falling out everywhere. Best the manager could offer was to charge to remove the lashes (120) and return the difference in what I paid (80). So I paid 120aed for 3 hours of wasted time and no lashes. To top it off, the technician did not even remove all the lashes.

The staffs are very accommodating. The spa is very clean, cozy and relaxing. The services are superb and amazing. I will definitely comeback. Recommended salon in Al Ain UAE.

Amazing service, friendly staff and very reasonable prices.
The place is very clean and well taken care of.
Definitely recommend if you're looking to treat yourself in AL Ain.
