Rooms are not equipped as normal hotel appartment expected to be. The given reason by the front desk is that room type comes without a microwave and a dishwasher, but anyway, that is nonsense. TV is not working. No sofa in the room. Cleanness is a concern as well.

Went there for an after wedding pool party with friends. Everything was amazing, from the elegant and spacious rooms which are exceptionally clean, to the huge warm pools and a big jacuzzi for groups, and to all the staffs who are very helpful and friendly. Andalus Al Seef Resort and Spa made the occasion marvelous! Big thanks to Dora who surprised us with balloons and a complementary cake.
Thank you so much everyone at Andalus❤️

By far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced here in the UAE! We book 3days 2nights stay on our wedding day. Nothing was done right since we checked in. We were placed in a wrong room, we had to move to a different room only after we clarified the booking. We have to ask for the complimentary/facilities every time, and we need to call them twice or thrice to follow up! On top of that, what they will provide you is not what you asked for! They are hard to talk to. They told us visitors are allowed and when our visitors came, they are forcing us to book another room. I’ve been stressed the whole stay and they’ve ruined my wedding day!!!! I am not satisfied at all. We should have booked a different hotel. ITS A WASTE OF MONEY! NOT WORTH IT!

Great location, very quiet, spacious rooms. Supermarket and small shopping mall inside the resort. With car would be a good addition to go to the beach and visit all amazing places in Abu Dhabi. Very close to one of the most beautiful mosques in the emirates. Very close to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. To repeat...

We have been to this place twice. I enjoy our stay as family. You have almosteverything around you, carrefour is in seef mall and you get private access from the resort. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the surrounding. The pool area include kids pool and adults with lifeguard around. For the apartment it was clean and spacious, we had the apartment with three bedrooms. The kitchen include the basic utensils.

Above all facilities in this resort, good value for money, I would like To give special thanks to Maintanance Supervisor Ikram Ali for making my stay special. My request was not ignored and it was done in matter of few minutes. Service here is really kind and they have really so kind staff. Will be back for sure.

Hi, I’m not here for writing a review. I’m just planning to have a nice occasion in your hotel, but I am confused for a couple of things if we are a family of six people and we are going to take a room that fits us all, so first of all my question is your hotel rooms is it just villas like you don’t have a room that includes a normal things like a cupboard and a bathroom and a bedroom because I’ve seen too many photos and videos for your hotel rooms and there were only villas so I was wondering if this is all you got. second of all I would want to ask - how is the food service in your hotel because I’ve seen also photos and videos that you guys bring the food to the room itself so what I am asking about is there is a special place like a restaurant or something in your hotel that offers food and do you have breakfast, lunch and dinner?

The stay at the resort was greatly enjoyable by my family members, however the reception staff always seem to be confused and unsure of what to do. They continuously gave false information, promised to get back with updates and never did. If it wasn't for the reception ladies, i woukd give this place a higher rating.
Furniture needs revamping too. It seems very old with lots of stains
