I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

The hotel staff greeted me with warm smiles and ensured a smooth check-in process. The room itself was comfortable, well-appointed, and impeccably clean.

One highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel.

The hotel's location couldn't have been better. With easy access to the city center, I found it convenient to explore popular attractions, dine at local restaurants. The presence of entertainment venues in close proximity added an extra layer of excitement to my stay.

However, I must mention that there was a minor issue during my stay. The washroom experienced occasional clogging, which was inconvenient.

Despite this minor setback, I would still recommend for its overall pleasant stay

Very well and welcoming. All staff very polite. Bharat is great and help a lot to make the stay a great experience. Would like to return in the next year and would like the hotel to keep in touch and offer incentive.

We had dinner at the restaurant on the 18th floor. It is boutique hotel by Hyatt with spectacular design and designer interiors as well as every furniture. The hotel itself is leaning and said to be more leaning than the leaning tower of Pisa. The view from the restaurant is great and would recommend to visit the restaurant in the day time.

The valet service is very bad. They parked my car some distance from the entrance and when I was leaving they gave me the key to get my car out myself, so I walked in the heat and the car was squeezed between two other cars. I could barely get in without hitting the car beside me. The valet guy wasn’t paper thin so pretty sure it wasn’t easy to get in or out… you can imagine… must have slammed the other car.

The lobby cafe on the 18th floor charges different prices for the same item each time ???? kinda weird same orange juice is 35 one day and 30 the next ?????! I noticed it was 30 on the menu so I asked out of curiosity whats the 5 AED for and I was told the menu was wrong but the next time I came they charged the correct value.

The hotel uses it accessibility to a conference centre to charge exorbitant prices during the event.

Staff were friendly at the front desk level, and the service of rooms was sporadic. Some days it was good, others it was non-existent.

The rooms are tired and not female friendly. Mirrors and hairdryers are not in places that are easy to use and storage is limited..

Breakfast was good and the restaurant food was a good standard. However, service was poor due to lack of staff and had to wait over 40 minutes for a coffee, which was too late as I was on business and needed to move.

This is a. Designer building which does look amazing. However, they are lacking finesse for these prices and attention to detail inside the hotel.

It is very lovely to have wonderful views but if you have to ask for your laundry after 24 hours. That seems an issue with me.

I travel a lot. I guage hotels by their attention to detail. Some people will say , yes it was okay. It was. It was okay. Not worth 5 stars.

The staff were helpful and the room and view were great (I got a room on the top floor). Breakfast cost 130 aed which I feel is a little bit too expensive. There is no ATM in the hotel, guests must walk to the convention center next door. Overall a good experience.

I like the environment, ambiance and the location of the hotel. I heard that its a 5 star hotel but I will rate it as 3 or 4 but not 5.
Overall it was good as it's in the Guinness record holding tilted tallest building.

We spend our New Year celebration here and we had a blast.With the place exceeding our expectations. The room was very elegant and very spacious. We had our breakfast and the selection of food was very satisfying and to top it all out the service of the staff are amazing from the receptionist all the way to their service staff everyone was very accommodating and very professional. Would love to come back again.????

What a rubbish store this is. The selection is miniscule and the woman section barely even exists! Expect a few pairs of Mallet shoes, a rail of Boss and Hilfiger and then a wall of puffer jackets. Do yourself a favour and go to the massive Liverpool store or wait for the new, huge Birmingham store. Pathetic.

Came in to collect an order on behalf of somebody, after being told i needed some ID of the other person i had asked what seems to be the manager what forms of ID could be accepted in order to receive it. She replied “ANYTHING with their name on” frustrated, already having wasted more time than i wanted, i headed to the library to email my friend to send me a billing statement with his name and address on it. (Which i know for a fact is accepted in many other stores.) Only to return to the Tessuti store and be told by the workers that they'll go and grab my parcel for me. 20 MINUTES LATER the manager intervenes and says it’s insufficient. After literally just telling me *ANYTHING* with the recipients name can be accepted. Huge waste of time and now have to wait 14 DAYS for the parcel to be returned and refunded. Ridiculous

I’m living in London but when I’m in Coventry I have to came to this shop. I like the clothes from here. If you’re looking for branded clothes they have it! Not too expensive. BUT Today I wanted used bigger space in fitting room cause I was with pushchair and my baby. Lady from staff (probably in dark red hairs) she said that I can’t. I said that I want to go there with my baby and she said that I can leave her and pushchair outside… probably she hasn’t got a child.. was so rude???? in other days staff was so nice and helpful

Staff are slow, stood at the till for a good two minutes while someone at the front was staring at me with a gormless look. Took something back as faulty, not checked by a manager instead just sent back to the warehouse where they said it was not faulty so they won’t refund me. Useless customer services. Don’t shop here or at JD Sports who owns Tessuti.

I buy shoes size 37 I come back next date exchange sizes 39 they sad the shop policy not allowed, shoe cost £140 i had take home bin it , don’t go there buy anything you be very upset like me
