I Don't know about prices.. but looking to the cars brands and models .. it's a luxurious body fixing workshop

The insurance sent our car for repair at Apex garage. The reception by Mr Hussain and other staff was excellent. Although there was a bit delay because of some parts but the job was done satisfactorily.

I have a FORD ECO SPORT 2015. My car had a road accident in Abu Dhabi. I went to Apex Auto Garage in Abu Dhabi. I spoke to Mr. Haseeb who explained to me the process and what it has to be done for my beautiful car, I came back after 5 days and I found that my car looks like brand new car, very clean and shinning, the quality of their service provided it was Superb even some other scratches on my car it was not related to my accident they fixed for free :)
I got better service ever. Now my car is completely alright. perfect workshop for accident repairs I had an excellent experience with them; they were friendly.

After an accident my insurance company Al Buhaira Insurance suggested me to give my car to one of their authorised garage which is Apex Auto Garage in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. For the follow up when I call them, they won't answer it. Then I had to keep calling them until they answer it. And finally when they gave my car back my headlights were foggy which happened never before and they forgot to connect the windshield washer tanks pipes so they left me no choice I have to leave my car with them for another weak. Then also when ever I call them for follow-up they never answered or returned a call. And finally after a week I took the delivery, I was happy that my headlights looked like how it was earlier. But today when I had to change my headlight then only I found out what they did to my headlight. They just simply put silicone everywhere that it became difficult to change headlight bulb now. Very POOR JOB, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR WORK QUALITY. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, UNSATISFIED.

Mirrior remaining to fix and some other things They told me to receive the car and wait until the order will come.
I received it then since one and half month keep contacting the person ne HASEEB and AYOUB he never answered and when I back to garage he just said come tomorrow and after tomorrow will bring the mirror and unit now not yet fix I don't never suggest any person to repair car nevevvver ever

don't do my mistake.

If there half or quarter star I will suggest.

After two weeks the car was not done. Finally picked it up and nothing was done correctly and they flat out lied to me. Asked insurance for a different garage. Would never deal with them again.

Mr.Ali Hussein is a very professional and easy to deal with person. He handled everything professionally and the car was given to me in time as we agreed and the service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

The quality of repair is bad, whats really worst is Arabia insurance call it premium garage! I went there to receive my care after they claimed its ready to find that the painting was really bad, they asked me for few more days to make it better, but they didn't and i needed my car, so I had to trusted their manage and signed the insurance clearance document for him based on his promised to change a body frame after few days, its been 2 months now and they ignore my messages.
