This Apple Store has a modern and sleek design of the store, Apple products need no introductions. Came in yesterday and bought an iPhone for my wife. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We got a good discount as well. 5 star experience.

What can you say about the practices of Apple on repairs, be it on products which you have taken warranty on or not.

Yas Mall store staff feel entitled without paying any respect to customer service. I don't need any staff attitude when I ask a question or seek clarity.

I shouldn't be having to argue that a watch under warranty which stops working should be replaced without cost, or if I go into store with an older laptop for the battery to be replaced that it also has so called water damage, when it doesn't, and you expect people cough up more money to fix it. This story on water damage on laptops is pretty regular from others I know.

Your online support is poor, forcing customers to go to the store to look at issues, and when you go there, you are treated to arrogant staff with entitlement.

UK Apple Store service has always been exceptionally. This review is about Yas Mall specifically.

**Update, so after going back to the store to pick up the laptop, it no longer works.

The store insisted that the liability of it not working remained with the customer, which is completely wrong. If I gave a laptop which was functioning and then when I go back to pick it up, it no longer works. How is this fair? The store did not take any ownership or offer any apology that the laptop was not working.

It was pushed down to me very aggressively that this was something that I had waived my rights once the laptop was given in, and I was not allowed to counter.

So now I have a laptop which is completely broken.

To say I'm disappointed would be a complete understatement and a feeling that a store from a brand that is essentially about the exceptional user experience would do this.

I will raise a formal complaint and see what I can do.

*** Second Update

After spending countless hours on the phone to Apple in the UAE, the end outcome is the same.

No attempt to be proactive to resolve the issue at hand.

Instead, the story on the repair changed that the laptop would always need the keyboard replacing. This is not true.

I went to the store with an issue with a battery, which Apple diagnosed. At no point did Apple say the keyboard needs replacing, but now the narrative is being attempted to be changed by Apple to suit their needs of taking any ownership.

As for taking this further, I was promised an world wide email for Apple on Support, which still hasn't been given.

Looks like I have to keep fighting this on principle.

It’s been 2 been months , I haven’t received refund of returned product even though visited the store twice , they thrown allegations on bank and I filed the complaint against product.

It’s embarrassing to see Apple brand showing their dark side of customer service.

Keep your service bar high always , do not loose your reputation and product service utter ignorance. Hope it solves soon

Yas Mall is the largest malls in Yas Island. Its clean, full of light and energy, refreshing and shoppers dream place. It has more than 350+ stores and more than 60 dining and entertainment venue. it has large open spaces and outdoor light coming in directly via sky windows. It has 3 large floors and parking for 100k vehicles. Must visit place for all your shopping requirement.

This is one of the biggest Apple Stores in the UAE. Almost all the Apple products are available here. Sales representatives are very professional and polite. The area is so huge that you don't need to wait to check the latest iPhone available. You must visit if you are an Apple fan.

Big store, friendly staff. Had lots of sales people to help - no waiting like in past - thanks Apple! Knew what I wanted and was in and out in like 5-10 min. Always a great place.

I’m writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that recently occurred at Yas mall brunch . I was profoundly disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by one of your staff members and the overall poor customer service I received.
On 15/7/2023, I visited your Store ( Yas mall ) in hopes of having a pleasant experience. However, I was met with an employee who presented themselves in an unsmiling, unwelcoming manner right from the moment I approached them. Their sour attitude persisted throughout my entire visit, and it significantly impacted my perception of your organization.

As a customer, I believe that it is essential to be welcomed with a friendly and positive demeanor. Unfortunately, the staff member in question failed to adhere to basic customer service standards, as they exhibited a complete lack of interest in assisting and engaging with customers. Their absence of a smile combined with their indifferent and dismissive behavior made me feel undervalued and unwelcome.

It is evident that the behavior of your staff member not only contradicted the principles of good customer service but also reflected poorly on your organization as a whole. The experience left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated with the overall service provided.

Lovely modern space. Staff speak English quite well and are very helpful. Excellent customer support, from demo until unpacking of the product purchased. Convenience of payment to the Sales representative and easy check out. My experience was superb, all the team are very nice Simply awesome!!! Keep up the good work entire team ???? ????????
