Arabesco properties is good to stay especially for couples and executive bachelors. Very quite and decent ambience and have an access to all the key locations. The maintenance team is great and the management is very responsibe. Overall good place to stay

Great staff!
Well maintained.
Was surprised to have some nice welcome amenities.
@Raheem - coordination was very easy and smooth.
Slight maintenance issues, since it’s newly transformed to a furnished apartment, which they should overcome eventually!

In the Abu Dhabi city residence and I like the furnished apartment and their rooms and corridors are neat and clean

Safe and Amazing. Extremely professional and friendly staffs. Great arrangement of partition rooms upon different budgets. Have been staying here for 3 months now in shabiya , so far Good!

It’s nice place to stay . No noisy, silent environment and helpful people from the building incharge who cares building and owner by himself they are very helpful and supportive whenever you want it’s not like they will act as owners but they will treat you like a family.

This flat is so far my most favorite out of all the places I’ve stayed in Abu Dhabi. Rate is reasonable, maintenance is good and fast, and the staff are nice.

We are staying since 1yr 6months. They are friendly and approachable, clean and organized . Only their maintenance speed need to improve.
