I am utterly appalled by the delivery service provided by this company. Despite selecting a specific delivery date, they failed to deliver as promised without any prior communication. The lack of customer service and accountability is absolutely disgraceful. I strongly advise against using this company, as they have proven to be highly unreliable and unprofessional.

Today it's more than 10 days in same place same country I did not received my shipment. I am only getting call from armex only for 2 second and that big joke is that when you missed the call you can't back call then you have only one way to wait an wait nothing else..
I will request to all don't use armex if you don't have time. You can collect your self while delivering of armex ????

I am totally unhappy with the service, my Credit card message i received on 14th, and in Aramex tracking system the date and time showing as 15 May 2023 as initiation date, on 17th morning i received a call and informed the delivery reached to Mussafah, from Dubai without checking with me, they send to mussafah without consulting with me and they promised to deliver on 18th and no response for email, in the tracking system, its still showing in mussafah. There is no positive response for email as well.

Its too bad , i have received message on whataspp 16 Mar asking for my ATM card delivery , i put the details which supposed be deliver on 17 Mar between 2 pm - 6 pm , no one contact me all i have messages back the whataspp service and asked me to reschedule again delivery , i have scheduled again another delivery , which again. 2pm to 6pm I received call from someone landline asking if am in my location or not at 10am , i told him i will be there after 2pm as i mention he said okay okay , i have tried to contact the same number but couldn’t reach them , and till now 15:20pm on 18 March no one contact me back for my bank card and i am without ATM card.

Dealing with Aramex for more than 10 years, i am really glad to visit their new store near Al Diwan. I use S&S Service with Aramex plus some other services. To be honest they are doing their work professionally. I hope they reduce S&S prices very expensive. Good luck.
