Very poor customer service. Pick up and drop vehicles are driven by drivers very fast.They didn't care about customers inside. And in the hypermarket I had a very bad experience. Last Sunday I purchased some other items from Al khafaya store. Then I went to madeena, so the other shop product I gave to the luggage counter, but they didn't give any token. We bought 118AED products then we left. The next day we went to madeena to collect those forgotten items. But they didn't care about customers. I requested badly" fault is mine to forget to collect from luggage due to the vehicle being ready that time". We have been buying here for the last 3 months, and weekly 100 to 150 AED. This is the request to check those items(CCTV or call the person who is at that time). But they refused, and they insisted that I buy the same product in the Madeena market. This is an unethical way. They don't have humanity and are service minded. I told to them I came here 2km by walking in sandstorm.But they didn't.

Here after I will go to lulu or khafaya market if the price is high.

So I suggest my friends don't carry other shop products with u or don't forget to recollect from the counter.

I go there daily, they give good service but sometimes vegetables are not fresh here.
