يشهد الله انهم من أفضل محلات السراميك والرخام والأدوات الصحية في ابوظبي والامارات ، ماشاء الله تعامل جميل ومواد ذو جودة عالية ، خصوصا الاخ الحبيب محمد وأخوانه الكرام، ناس محترمين

Had a one night stay here.
Room was nothing like the photos & some parts were in desperate need of some basic repairs/decoration. Nevertheless, overnight stay was very good value & the included breakfast was absolutely excellent.
Would probably stay again but would be more selective as to which room I accept.

Fantastic Christmas Dinner! Utterly superb service and stunning atmosphere with an art deco twist
Slightly underdone vegetables ( personal preference) but yhe moistest turkey iv ever had! And plenty of it!
Experts clean and covid safe
Would love to return for an evening meal

Visited for the first time in years, on a whim, because I was driving past. Not much has changed in a decade and what has changed has definitely changed for the worse. Overpriced, with slow service - it's definitely had its day. I guess it survives on blindly loyal regulars and group bookings.

Had a family roast lunch. Meal was very good and even catered for allergies. Staff were helpful and knowledgable. Best food we have had in a while!

Tried to stay before but the room was terrible so we got a refund then saw that it had 2 fires and burnt down. I wonder if it was any better??? Nope!!! Tried to book their quiz night on 3 separate occasions and each time it has been cancelled!! Seems to me there maybe another fire coming as they have to be surely losing money!! It’s such a shame as it is beautiful setting and building

Went for a private party. Asked a staff member to change a Christmas tree so it wasn't flashing as I have sensory issues. Not only was he more than happy to change it, he also checked with me after the disco lights started to make sure I was comfortable! Fantastic customer service.

We only went here for Sunday lunch as we saw a large "We love Sunday roast" sign outside when driving past the previous day.
The place looked lovely from the outside and tastefully decorated inside. It being a hotel, it was not like many large chain hotels as had different levels which was good. The restaurant and bar area were both clean.
However, the question is, if they love their roasts why do they not cook their vegetables with love? The potatoes were very weird, like browned boiled, the selection of vegetables was not very exciting and for some maybe undercooked but were ok for me. The menu mentioned specifically it came with cauliflower cheese, this arrived separately and it was spot the cheese sauce. The meat was a nice sized potion but taste wise I've had a lot better. Also, if you are a fan of red turkey meat be warned they only serve the breast white meat. Behind us a table was complaining about the roasts to the manager.
However, my partners trout portion was a fair size and vegetables ok.
Overall, you do expect to pay more as a hotel but would expect slightly better quality food.
Service was friendly so altogether a score of 3 but that said I would not hurry back.

The web site pursuaded us to try the hotel as we needed to stay in that location. The images portrayed the hotel as being better than a 3 star.. The reality is the hotel is 100% rated correctly and as such is a little pricey for the standard of accommodation. The fittings in the rooms were dated and the decor in the corridors very worn. The restaurant/bar was fine and the breakfast was pretty good as we're all the staff. Overall pretty OK and it wouldn't take much to lift this hotel to a 4 star which is what it's setting, building and staff deserve.
