I rented two different vehicles from the same branch over the course of my recent house move. Both were clean, tidy and in good repair. The handover process was done in a fair commonsense way, making me feel like I wasn't about to be cheated out of my deposit.
In the event I was able to extend my second hire and even to pay by the hour for part of the rental when I was struggling to get the job finished. The staff were courteous and friendly, and really flexible.
I would recommend this branch to anyone needing a well priced reliable hire from an honest fair company.

Darren is a great guy and so are his team. He has been a great support for the charity, Teesside at Christmas and I cannot thank him enough. All vans are always in great condition, if not new, all serviced extremely well. Always valeted. The team is polite and friendly. Would always recommend.

Good service, good prices, good vans.
You can leave your car with them if you need to, you may need to leave your key with them.

Practical Van Rentals at Redcar were professional, polite and efficient from start to finish. Although I don’t think I’ll need to rent from Redcar again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them.

I've used practical now at redcar for about 4 years and I will not go anywhere else staff are absolutely helpful make you feel welcome all the time it's a absolutely lovely place to hire vehicles from I would extremely recommend this to everyone
