Staff are absolutely rude, arrogant and nosey, with minimal respect for regular customers spending a fortune at the place! The only nice staff are Sharon and (sorry not sure what his name is!) the short, bald guy that is usually on checkouts. Was always my regular supermarket going in there multiple times a week but won't be going in there again after today and a build up of obnoxiousness. The security guard is a piece of work, went in on Christmas Eve last year and was stood talking to some women while waiting near doors for a taxi about him being abusive to a customer because she came in her pajamas, said to her "get a job you scruff", yet she pulled up in one of those big BMW's ???? it's the "I'm holier than thou", attitudes that get me

Great experience ...had all i didnt get on my online delivery an i personally find all staff helpful and friendly being Ali, Paul June and Alex that really stand out and go above and beyond!

Nice little asda.. Always have what we need an very convenient for us..
I was especially grateful to Kat yesterday as I had a parcel to return and no clue where to go... At other shops you have to scan or input loads of numbers... Just went up to customer service and Kat sorted it in about 10 seconds and she was so friendly and helpful...

Absolutely shocking paid £26 half of the items were missing and to top it off they sent me an email stating that I was lying won’t be shopping here ever again terrible service !!
