Very handy little car park just off the main high street, only holds 38 cars but at £2 for 2 hours very reasonable for Southend.

Spaces very small and hence somebody reversed into the side of my car yesterday. They didn't have the courtesy to stop or leave a note on my car. Luckily this was witness by a very kind person who had it all recorded on their dash cam.

Doesn't get 5 stars as I don't love it and I find the Mobon parking app not the greatest.

But it does the job, at peak hours sometimes you have to wait for a space.

Currently it is 20p for half an hour.

Small car park, but usually plenty of room in the evenings if you're visiting friends or family in the neighbourhood, as I do. Otherwise parking is practically impossible in the area.

Small car park which was full about 10.45 in a one way system so not good if you are unable to park.

Great carpark, cheap parking. Didn't know it was there till we went to the theatre.

Quite expensive and only 23 spaces. If one person parks inconsiderately then can lose two or more spaces

Just whatch your time and make sure your in the bay's as the big bad wolf will take great delight in giving you a ticket.....
