Receptionist don’t have any fundamental knowledge about what customer service is. The other employees too. Awqaf will damage their credibility by giving the property management to this company

I don’t recommend neither client or Tennant to deal with this management. I’m very upset how they are handling any complain …. I’m trying to get the maintenance team to my flat since one month and still no action.

Terrible customer service and employees have no idea what they are doing and make people wait for hours and dont attend to them. They dont reply to phone calls or emails and when you do get through to them they sinply tell you we will call you back and never do. Multiple times tried to reason with them and they respond with terrible attitude and know nothing about customer service and honestly i dont think they care about customer service as they are a bunch of clueless running a company without clear guidelines or understanding of how things work. Everyone there is clueless and keeps pushing everything to someone else endlessly.

I am surprised that this big name has so irresponsible staff to work and the way they deal with their costumers.
We had gone to Al Ain to view an appartment through asteco, Mr. Mehmood asked us to book the flat by paying his the commission.
We told him that the house is not clean and the doors are in a very poor state which needs to be repaired. He told us that we will repair the house only if you pay the commission, we trusted him and paid the cash to him. When We asked for the receipt, he told he will send through email in the same day. We are waiting for more that a week and he did not attend our calls, and we didn’t receive any receipt.
They are creating mistrust among the coustomers
very poor service.

Bad service in al ain, Mr Mahmmoud wanted to take the money before issuing the quotation and before committee approval which is a weird request from his side. I refused to pay. He is not professional, I don't trust Mr Mahmoud anymore. Very poor service and not trustful with Mr. Mahmmoud. Then later i discovered that it can be done without payment, because i found it by myself and the quotation requested through my organization.

Do not rent from Asteco, terrible maintenance and customer service. Water falling from the ceiling or terrible sewerage smell for months. If you insist on the problem they send you the worst people to makeup the problem or make it worst

A very bad company, extremely poor service, poor maintenance with no regard to tenants welfare. I extremely recommend against them.
