If you want to pay more and get less this is the place to go. Zero rating if possible. Almost a month ago, I ordered a cup of White choco mocha. The menu board says 18 aed for regular and 20 aed for large. They charged me 20 aed for a regular sized cup and said that the menu board is displaying wrong prices. I let the 2 aed go but specifically adviced them to change the board as soon as possible.

Now, I ordered again and they still charged me 20 aed for a regular sized cup and they still said that the board prices is still wrong. So yeah, imagine how many people they have deceived. Anyone working with audit and inventory would definitely know that they are winning with this "mistake". Well they voided my transaction and charged me for the correct amount, but imagine the number of people who never noticed it.

Good job Atrium cafe. ???????? "sarcastic tone".

If I could give I 0 starts I would; the staff decides weather or not to let you use your fazaa card and was extremely rude telling me that they would lose out on 20 dirhams. I would never go back and would never recommend honestly.

We love Atrium Cafe. The customer service is so good. Christian and Liezel were the one's who assisted us, we wer group of friends who went dine there ans our experience there is so amazing. Food is good, the service is excellent. We will definitely come back there and will refer more of iur friends to drop by and try it as well.
