they have a very good offer during Ramadan for only AED99 that includes oil change, oil filter change, car wash and vacuum cleaning, safety check, battery check, AC and electrical check, and computerized diagnosis. the staff members are very friendly and are very accommodating. they answered all my inquiries. they are open during holidays and they welcomed me even if I was almost 2 hours late for my appointment. the results of the check are very comprehensive. overall, I received great service and true value for money! I'll definitely go here again for my car servicing. highly recommended. well done, team!

I sent the car for a simple service and after 2 months and 16,000 AED I received it back worst than ever
I had to take it again to a reliable service station to identify that car was even dangerous to drive
Moreover I lost my sunglasses and regardless the proven fotos that I delivered with glass inside no one knew what happened

Autofix help me remove paint spills in my car, I approached Ms. Mona from Autofix team and guided properly to meet Mr. Arun in Mussafah branch. He is very polite person who can explain in detail which is good and which is not good to select the best option. It seems he is focusing mostly on customer satisfaction. They promised to deliver my car on same day and the detailing package work was amazing, I felt it is a new car and I love the premium look post polishing. I strongly recommended to approach Autofix for any issues irrespective of brands.

My car had a minor accident and needed repair. The staff ( Mr Arun ) was really helpful, accommodating and friendly. He kept me posted on progress with frequent updates and also answered all our queries. All in all a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and colleagues.
